What DesiCreatorHub is

DesiCreatorHub is a marketplace and concierge service that connects U.S. businesses with Indian and NRI content creators. During our launch phase, matching is performed by our team ('concierge'); campaign terms between brands and creators are documented in separate written agreements per campaign.

Accounts and accuracy

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. Creators must own the social accounts they submit and must not misrepresent audience size or engagement. We may decline or remove any profile at our discretion, particularly where authenticity is in question.

Campaigns and payment

During the concierge phase, brands pay campaign fees upfront as invoiced; creator payouts are released after the brand approves delivered content, as set out in the per-campaign agreement. Platform fees are disclosed before any campaign is booked.

Creators are independent contractors, not employees or agents of DesiCreatorHub. Each party is responsible for its own taxes.

Content and disclosure

Creators retain ownership of the content they produce unless the per-campaign agreement says otherwise. Sponsored content must comply with FTC endorsement guidelines, including clear disclosure (#ad or platform-native paid-partnership labels).

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to spam, scrape, misrepresent affiliation, infringe intellectual-property rights, or circumvent platform fees on campaigns originated through DesiCreatorHub.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided 'as is' during the launch phase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesiCreatorHub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. If you continue using the service after changes take effect, you accept the new terms. Questions: hello@desicreatorhub.com.
