What we collect

When you sign up as a creator we collect your name, email, Instagram handle, city, primary language, and approximate follower count. When you request a match as a brand we collect your company name, work email, target audience details, budget range, and campaign brief.

We also collect standard technical data through privacy-friendly analytics (page views, device type, country). We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.

How we use it

Creator information is used to review your profile for the roster, match you with brand campaigns, and contact you about opportunities. Brand information is used to hand-match creators to your brief and respond to your request.

We send transactional and onboarding emails related to your signup. We will not sell your personal information, and we will not add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in our database (hosted by Supabase in the United States) and processed by our hosting provider (Vercel). Access is restricted to the DesiCreatorHub team.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@desicreatorhub.com. We will honor deletion requests within 30 days.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

Children

DesiCreatorHub is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
